It means our laboratory's technical competence, measurement traceability and quality system have been independently assessed against ISO/IEC 17025 by the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories. Our certificates are accepted by customer and third-party auditors without further justification.

Most dimensional and mechanical instruments are recalibrated annually, but the right interval depends on usage frequency, criticality and your own quality manual. We can review your instrument list and recommend a schedule that satisfies your audit requirements without over-calibrating.

Both. You're welcome to drop instruments at our Ashram Road laboratory, or arrange pickup and delivery. For equipment that can't be moved, such as fixed pressure gauges or large fixtures, we also offer on-site calibration.

Standard turnaround is confirmed at enquiry stage based on instrument type and current lab load, and we flag any delay proactively. Share your quantities and required date when you enquire and we'll give you a firm figure.

Yes. We offer repair and servicing for Mitutoyo and other major brands, from cleaning and minor adjustment through to spare part replacement, at rates quoted before any work begins.
